Brighter (free) 03:17
wondering, what i'm any good for anymore, everything, i pride myself in crashes down, think there's no more, sense in ever trying again, but, God, You remind me who i am, and You tell me "get up, and trust in Me a little more remember what I made you for You're not useless, you're Mine I didn't make you just to sit there no, I made you to shine" moving ahead, and giving my all forget where i'm going, trip and lose it all back where i started, beat down on the floor settle in to defeat, complacent and bored but You begin to speak into my life again "get up, and trust in Me a little more remember what I made you for you're not useless, you're mine i didn't make you just to sit there, no I made you to shine" all this time I've wasted diving into defeat like a cannonball every time I brand myself as worthless You pick me up, embrace me, and dust me off cuz I need to get up, and trust in You, and a little more cuz now I know what I'm here for i'm never going back to my folly and I'm never going back to my fear You tell me "get up, and trust in Me a little more remember what I made you for you're not useless, you're Mine I didn't make you just to sit there no, I made you to shine"
2.
Choice (free) 03:52
when I made you I knew everything that you'd do every step that you'd take and every promise you would break I chose to give you a choice a chance to follow another voice even though you'd turn away and need to be saved so I'll stand with My arms open wide waiting for your return even though I know if it won't come I knew you wouldn't understand My allowing you to chose and that you'd say for the longest time that it wasn't true true, you are predestined but the choices are your own so throughout all your life just know that I have known so I'll stand with My arms open wide waiting for your return even though I know if it won't come I didn't make you mindless machines but so you could choose to love Me so I'll stand with My arms open wide waiting for your return even though I know if it won't come
3.
Direction 03:14
right now i hope that you see what i see is not what declares if you’re who you are meant to be wish i could tell you that what i thought mattered but you are you are in the eyes of the Father right now i pray that you see what i say cannot tell you if you’re where you’re supposed to be wish i could tell you a yes or to go but you are where you are till He tells you you’re home right now you have to see what i think does not define you and never could sometimes i wish my opinion mattered but then God steps in and shows His is better right now i hope that you see by His light that people may fade and our false love will fail that’s to be expected among the imperfect fallen but perfect love is always there and always right sometimes God might use what I say to convey a message that you need to hear right now i’ll trust that you’ll walk in this hope that though we are tired and full of dispair the plan is still in motion, the work is not complete so run on and pray and wait and obey it is not for me to judge or condemn or even approve or tell you God’s plan but I can encourage that which we know is good and pray as you walk that you’d be steadfast

too much, too fast but any speed would have hurt the same now it's in the past, feeling feelings i don't think have a name life's changed, the world's been rocked, but glory to God, always knowing these things don't go backwards, it's time to live today we're looking at a whole new normal praise God, make the best of it never got a briefing but now it's final everything is different but it's a new normal no one's asking us to pretend it never happened or forget no suggestions to shrug off the hurt or ignore the effects God's at work, He is moving, He's unfolding His perfection we trust and stand in Him finding our purpose and direction we're looking at a whole new normal praise God, make the best of it never got a briefing but now it's final everything is different but it's a new normal never a moment going by when something ain't changing with the tik-tok of time ringing in our ears, clanging, like a cymbal never stoppin' with the world in a whirl every minute, every second goin' by like a blur there's a change, a difference, something going by we're missing never stop to think ahead we just look back reminiscin' with our heads in the clouds, won'drin' why it's all this way all this sadness, all this doubt, why we feel this pain but there's never not a reason and God's bringing us through it this new normal isn't easy, but then, when ever is it? today's a day that's not occurred before, different than the last the beginning to the rest of your life, looking ahead from the past so each day holds a new normal, though it might go unnoticed these catalysts just accelerate so we wonder what we missed we're looking at a whole new normal praise God, make the best of it never got a briefing but now it's final everything is different but it's a new normal
5.
Go (free) 03:28
live the life to which you've been called a life this world's not worthy of when you don't feel like shining as a star press on, press on to the One who is able to hold you from falling who invites you to love and fear and live remember how a spark bursts into flame and fans on into a blaze when you forget your first love ignite, ignite consume the fleeting to expose the lasting and reflect all that still shines into shadow oh, the places you'll go just let Him show you and when He does you'll know stand and speak up for the weak and quiet sharpen and uphold friends when it seems the day wasn't made for your praises look up, look up the enemy takes no rests and is always moving take up the armor and charge oh, the places you'll go just let Him take you He could take you miles from home oh, are you looking for another chance, a better break that first gust to send you on your way the mountains moved by faith are waiting

i don't know why and i guess i don't need to but i'll keep on living, remembering you hey friend, do you know how you hurt the people that you left? hey friend, do you have any clue how many lives you blessed? hey friend, i know you're gone but i'll see you when Jesus returns hey friend, didn't know that you were hurting; you never said a word i don't know why and i guess i don't need to but i'll keep on living, remembering you you could have opened up a little, after all we're on your side looking back, now that you've passed, wondering if we were blind i know that God is moving here, but not how or why it's this way but i'm certain He is working and we'll never be the same i taught you much, you taught me more, looking for what God had in store ignoring your own pain, that was your game, only God knew there was more it's hard not to be mad at you, i wish you would have thought this through at least you finally have your peace, while we're here not knowing what to do i don't know why and i guess i don't need to but i'll keep on living, remembering you i guess you were impatient to be home, well now you're there, now you're there now you're in the best of places, at least we know where you've begun the rest of life, probably singin' "glory to God forever" knowing that though life may be good, eternal life is always better i don't know why and i guess i don't need to but i'll keep on living, remembering you

Jesus! The reason we write and play and breathe. Steve Jones for the loaning of practically all the equipment we used to record and still borrow when we perform. The Kolker family for putting up with our practices, which must sound like nonsense at times. All of you, of course! Thanks for listening, coming to our shows, suggesting us to friends, encouraging us and supporting us by purchasing this EP. Glory to God, always and forever.

Album art by Tara Kolker.
5x5 Rubiks Cube solved by Jacob Shaffer, who insists that he appears too much in these credits.
